Seems like good news, but caution is advised by a number of CEOs cited in the study. As one CEO reflected, "We’re likely to see the economy pick up in the next quarter, but the global situation could reverse the improvement trend. All said, we may see some quarterly growth the next few quarters, but watch out for the real devil behind the scenes.”
What's your take? Good news, or too soon to tell?

Is this recession over?
My belief is that it's not likely. Recessions/depressions such as this have occurred regularly every 70 years and have played out almost the same each time. People haven't changed, the economy may be more mature, but people haven't changed so they respond to similar events the same way making every cycle like this pretty similar, just plus or minus a year or two.
And, every time we've done this it's lasted for 15-20 years. We've got some time to go.
But that doesn't mean that we can't grow businesses during this. We just do what everyone who succeeded in previous cycles did. It's simple.

Interesting...and a stark contrast to recent stats showing long-term unemployment at its highest post-war peak.
Any sign of "green shoots" is good news, of course, but I think we have to be cautious; and we also need to remember that CEO excitement at burgeoning business prospects is likely to come before an actual economic up-turn, or employment-rate resurgence.
